View all buyer FAQs01Who does minMAX / COSONIC work with?
minMAX / COSONIC is intended for overseas B2B buyers such as wholesalers, distributors, dealers, importers, private-label buyers and businesses considering a trial order. Suitability depends on the category, market, quantity, configuration and cooperation model. The website does not present a consumer checkout flow or claim that every inquiry will fit every model. Share your company, country, sales channel, product interests and expected quantities so the team can determine whether a current product or dealer discussion is relevant.
02What is the MOQ for minMAX or COSONIC appliances?
MOQ depends on the exact model, material status, electrical variant, logo method, color, packaging, manual language and order mix. There is no single public MOQ that safely applies to every minMAX or COSONIC product. Send the model or category, destination market, first-order quantity and customization request. Sales can then confirm the applicable minimum, explain which choices increase it and identify whether a standard configuration offers a more practical starting point.
03Can I place a small trial order?
A trial order may be possible, but the feasible quantity and configuration depend on the selected model, available materials, packaging and target market. A smaller order is usually easier to assess when it uses a standard color, standard packaging or an existing electrical configuration, but that must be confirmed rather than assumed. Send the product references, country, quantity and purpose of the trial. The team can respond with the available scope, quotation basis and any limitations.
04Do you offer OEM, ODM or private-label options?
OEM, ODM or private-label discussion may be available for selected products, but the scope depends on the model, quantity, tooling, intellectual-property responsibilities, target market and validation work. Logo application on an existing platform is different from structural product development. Share the desired change, reference files, expected volume and launch timing. The team can identify which parts are standard, optional or require a separate development and approval process.
05Which shipping documents and Incoterms can be used?
The required shipping documents and suitable Incoterm depend on the transaction, destination, transport mode and negotiated responsibilities. Commercial invoices, packing lists and transport records are common, but additional documents may apply. Incoterms allocate defined delivery costs and risks; they do not replace product specifications, payment, title, quality or customs advice. State the requested term and named place in the RFQ, then have qualified logistics or customs professionals verify the final document set.
